Change Management Strategy

The news this week that the current restrictions are being eased is great, now is the time to make sure that we have a Change Management Strategy in place to make the return to 'normal' seamless!

What if you don't have any change management steps in place?

Here are some suggestion for you to follow

#Define your strategy - what do you need to achieve
#Build your team - who will help build your steps
#Build your toolkit - document everything
#Delegate - remember, you cannot do EVERYTHING
#Communicate - the more you share the less confusion there is
#Expect kickback - no one likes change, expect resistance
#Address Issues - don't let things fester, address them ASAP
#Evaluate and adopt - review your process consistently and tweak it
#Celebrate success - everyone likes a party!
#Share your results - make life easier for someone else!

Remember... change is a constant in our lives. All around us, technologies, processes, people, ideas and methods often change affecting the way we perform daily tasks and live our lives. We need tools to implement changes more smoothly and to have those changes better accepted.

Appreciating the hard work you put into your website and detailed information you present.

It's nice to come across a blog every once in a while that isn't the same
old rehashed information. Excellent read! I've saved your site and
I'm including your RSS feeds to my Google account.
